This mala is made with a large wrapped piece of moonstone and surrounded by berry quartz, apatite, tiger eye with quartz, sunset Mookaite, moonstone, prehnite, mother of pearl and picture jasper. Tassel is moonstone and berry quartz. Each stone is hand knotted in place. There are the traditional 108 stones plus the focal stone. 
Moonstone is said to give the wear a preferential channel to inner wisdom.
